Here is the official music video for Sandra Boynton’s “When Pigs Fly.” It tells of a gentle relationship between a parent and child who both happen to be pigs. This short film was storyboarded and directed by Boynton and wonderfully animated by Ira Baker. Ryan Adams does the mesmerizing vocals. The lyrics are here, too – sing along!
“The Three Little Pigs” read by Christopher Walken – the king of cameos and quirky roles. Walken puts his own demented personality into a classic fairytale.
Here is a favorite scene – Den of Pigs – from the film Mail Order Wife (2004). This is a darkly comic mockumentary film about a documentarian who arranges to fund the East Asian mail-order bride of a NYC doorman in exchange for the right to film the experience. The documentarian gets a bit too involved with his subjects and a tragi-comic love triangle develops.
